Execution Clarity

Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Execution Clarity collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. Execution Clarity is a founder-led advisory practice operated by Rajesh Sharma.

Information collected

This website is primarily informational. The only personal information it actively collects is what you choose to provide, mainly through the enquiry form on the contact page: your name, email address, organisation, an optional role, an optional area of interest, and the message you write. If you email or message Rajesh directly, that correspondence is also retained so your enquiry can be answered.

How it is used

Information you submit is used only to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to prepare for any conversation you request. It is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising, and it is not used to build a marketing profile. You are asked on the form to avoid including confidential or sensitive information in your message.

How the enquiry form works

The enquiry form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards your submission to Rajesh by email. Your submission therefore passes through FormSubmit’s systems and is subject to their handling of that data as a processor. Booking a conversation uses Calendly, a separate third-party service with its own privacy practices; if you book a time, the details you enter are handled by Calendly.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party tracking or advertising scripts. Fonts are served from this site rather than a third-party font network. Small amounts of information may be kept in your browser only to support basic site behaviour; the third-party services above (FormSubmit, Calendly) apply their own policies when you use them.

Retention

Enquiry details and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain a reasonable record of the conversation, after which they are deleted. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing rajesh@executionclarity.com. You do not need to use the enquiry form to contact Rajesh — email works directly.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time; the current version is the one published here. For any question about how your information is handled, contact rajesh@executionclarity.com.
